This configuration features the Leica SP8 X confocal scan head, a motorized DMi8 inverted microscope with Adaptive Focus Control (AFC), and an NKT EXTREME Super-Continuum Laser delivering 470–670nm excitation tunable in 1nm steps.

Paired with 405nm and Argon lasers and HyD hybrid detectors, this system is optimized for flexible multi-wavelength imaging, high-speed optical sectioning, and advanced quantitative analysis.
