We come to your lab, or we crate and collect it. Optics cleaned, axes aligned, electronics tested under load.

Report & warranty
You receive a written service report with measurements taken — plus 90 days of coverage on the parts and labor.

Something is broken and the work needs to happen now. Diagnosis, flat-rate quote, repair, 90-day warranty.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled annual or semi-annual visits: optics cleaning, illumination check, stage and focus calibration, alignment report for each scope in the facility.
Service contract
Priority response, labor included, and predictable annual budget across your whole instrument list — only available for Confocal Microscopes.
