TIRF

Used and refurbished TIRF (total internal reflection fluorescence) systems and components. TIRF excites only a thin layer of the sample next to the coverslip, so you get high-contrast imaging of membrane-level events such as vesicle trafficking, adhesion and single-molecule work, with very little out-of-focus background.
