The EVOS FLoid system shares common features with other EVOS microscopes while simplifying the choice of options. Instead of a choice of LED light cubes, it comes with fixed blue, green, and red LED light sources and filters compatible with the most common reagents and fluorochromes used in fluorescence microscopy. Instead of a choice of objectives, it comes with a fixed 20x objective that supports 460x optical magnification and up to 1,840x digital zoom.
