The Hamamatsu ORCA-Fire is a 10.5MP back-thinned sCMOS camera with 4.6 µm pixels, 90% peak QE and 1 e- rms read noise. It runs 115 fps full frame over CoaXPress and offers several lightsheet readout modes, as a lower-cost alternative to the ORCA-Quest.
