The Leica DFC450 C (12730412) is a 5MP color CCD microscope camera with Peltier cooling, designed for high-quality image capture in brightfield, darkfield, and phase contrast microscopy across life science, clinical, and industrial applications. Its 2/3" CCD sensor delivers detailed, true-color images, while active cooling reduces noise for imaging in low-light conditions. A large SXGA live image at up to 18 frames per second allows specimens to be adjusted and focused directly on screen, and Leica's patented grayscale modes and additional binning modes extend its use to bright fluorescence applications.
