The Leica DFC7000 T (11547106) is a high-sensitivity, cooled 2.8MP color CCD camera designed for both fluorescence and brightfield microscopy. Built around the Sony ICX674AQG quad-tap CCD with Exview HAD II technology, it pairs excellent color fidelity for brightfield documentation with the high signal-to-noise and sensitivity needed for crisp multi-color fluorescence imaging, including the near infrared. One camera covers both tasks, eliminating camera swaps mid-experiment. The global shutter sensor delivers 40 fps at full resolution and up to 123 fps with binning, and the camera integrates with Leica LAS X and LAS software.
