The Leica TCS SP8 with DMI6000 CS combines a fully motorized inverted research microscope with Leica's modular spectral confocal imaging platform for advanced fluorescence, live-cell, optical sectioning, and multidimensional microscopy. The DMI6000 CS provides motorized control of focus, nosepiece, condenser, and fluorescence turret, while the TCS SP8 adds high-resolution confocal imaging, spectral detection, Z-stack acquisition, 3D imaging, and configurable multichannel fluorescence workflows.
