The Zeiss Axio Examiner.Z1 is a vibration-minimized upright fluorescence microscope optimized for neuroscience, electrophysiology, and thick sample fluorescence imaging. With a modular open frame and large working space, the Z1 provides ample access for micromanipulators and perfusion systems. This configuration features a motorized Z-focus drive and a manual 2-position nosepiece, ideal for switching between water dipping and high-NA objectives. Built with Zeiss ICS infinity-corrected optics, the system delivers excellent resolution for demanding physiological experiments.
