The Zeiss LSM 700 is a high-performance laser scanning confocal microscope designed for advanced fluorescence imaging, live-cell studies, and high-resolution optical sectioning. Built on the Zeiss Axio Observer Z1 (Model 431007-9902-000), a fully motorized inverted research microscope with automated light path selection, this system is well suited for live-cell imaging, time-lapse experiments, and multi-color confocal fluorescence. Optional Definite Focus compensates for focal drift to keep long-term experiments stable.
